Episode 4. Body Image, I'm sharing an insecurity
Warning, it one is a long one and I'm baring a little bit of my soul.
I'm talking about an opportunity I've been given that is going to push my comfort zone. This weekend I've been invited to go to a Modelling Agency "Go See".
In this episode I'm talking about body love, my stretch marks, and finding your own healthy mind, health body balance and finding the tools to help you. As well as how I feel about this opportunity I never thought I'd be invited to.
This podcast I recorded in the moment. I was going to re-record it but I believe it shows some vulnerabilities we all suffer.
